The Giant Recovery Ball.
Six inches of natural cork, built to roll out your back, hips and glutes.
$39

Bigger, on purpose.
At six inches across, the Giant spreads pressure over your largest muscles instead of digging into one small spot. Lie on it, sit on it, lean into it, and let your bodyweight do the work.
Built for your biggest muscles.
-

Back Lie back and roll slowly along either side of your spine.
-

Glutes Sit on it, lean to one side, and let your weight do the work.
-

Hips Lie face down with the ball under the front of your hip and breathe.
-

Calves Rest your leg on top and roll from ankle to knee.
Go slow, and use your bodyweight to control the pressure.

Why cork.
-
Grips, doesn't slide.
Cork's natural texture holds its place on the floor and against the wall, so you can lean in without chasing the ball.
-
Firm, not harsh.
Dense enough for real pressure, with a natural give that plastic and hard rubber don't have.
-
From the bark, not the tree.
Cork is harvested from the bark of the cork oak, which grows back. No tree is cut down to make it.

FAQ
How is it different from a lacrosse ball or foam roller?
At six inches, it's much bigger than a lacrosse ball, so pressure spreads across large muscles like your back, glutes and hips. Unlike a foam roller, it rolls in every direction, so you can work around a spot instead of just up and down.
Will there be other textures?
We're developing textured versions. Join the list and you'll hear first.
Is it right for an injury or pain I have?
The Giant Recovery Ball is a self-massage tool, not a medical device. If you have an injury, ongoing pain, a medical condition, or are pregnant, check with your doctor or physical therapist before using it.
What if it's not for me?
